The Georgia FIRST Tech Challenge State Championship is a two-day, single division competition featuring 36 teams from the entire state of Georgia. Teams that compete at an official League Tournament will qualify for the Championship according to the posted advancement guidelines in the game manual for Freight Frenzy presented by Raytheon Technologies. A list of League Tournaments is given below.
This season’s Championship will be hosted in the Gainesville Civic Center in Gainesville, Georgia, February 19th, 2022.
Qualifying Events
The following Georgia League Tournaments will advance teams to the Georgia FIRST Tech Challenge State Championship:
Registration Deadline: February 8, 2022
Payment Deadline: February 11, 2022
*Teams that do not register by the deadline will forfeit their spot. It will then be offered to the next team on the waiting list the next day.
